One definition for leading is getting things done through people. But how exactly do you best amplify your own effect by enlisting your boss, peers and team, while putting everyone’s well-being first?

Over the course of my career I have been in leadership positions in big and small companies, led the largest animation studio in the Nordics and delivered multimillion dollar projects to billions of fans. Alone, I could never have done it. But the teams I worked with have been amazing and they have taught me a lot about leadership.
